AIR CONDITINER SERVICING CONTRACT

SEFM offers single contract services on Air Conditioner for corporate and private Estate.

• Supply, install and Bi monthly Or Quarterly Servicing.

• Professional condition based inspection of its operation.

• Inspection of Indoor and Outdoor units, Fan, cooling range Check noise level of in and Out Door units.

• Replace grounded 0 low pump compressor and re-gas at manufacturers recommendation.

• Maintain Logbook and advice Customers on the AC system condition (VE)
