SAM IHEDIOHAMA Managing Director

Sam Ihediohama is a Facility expert with over 15 years’ experience in the Nigeria Building Services, Industrial Engineer worked with many manufacturing firms in the country and Facility Management Industries. Having spent his early career with Oil processing company B. Safadine, he worked with Safmarine of Mearsk Shipping line managed their entire Facilities of over 450,000 square meters in 2004, before joining Handy Multi Solutions Limited and grew from Site Engineer to Operations Manager in KLINTEX and Fenchurch Engineering and Construction limited in 2010... As a co-founder, Bella's visionary management style has led SEFacilities to positive growth aiming to empower all levels of trades to think always with new ideas. Bella has extensive facility management and Construction services experiences having worked as construction and Oil and gas firm across Belgium, Brazil, Venezuela and Washington DC. Prior to establishing SEFacilities, Bella was also a co- founder Of Alike Signature Projects, a full service renovation and Construction Company. In addition, Bella has extensive experience in Industrial, commercial and residential construction, Environmental Health & Safety, real estate development and construction related business management.


As SEFacilities' Executive Vice President, Arinze leads the Client Account Management team to ensure SEFacilities' customers receive exceptional service. With over 10 years of comprehensive, leadership experience, Arinze previously managed various Retail and Non-Retail sites and services in all major trades with companies such as Smartphll Construction, Alike Signature Projects and APM Terminals Apapa. Benjamin Arinze studied Industrial Engineering and Electrical Electronics toped up with management courses with Lagos State Business School.

PAMELA EDOHO Vice President of Business Development/ Human Resources

As SEFacilities' Vice President of New Business Development and Human Resources, Pamela brings a wealth of experience working closely with customers to create strong partnerships focused on achieving extraordinary facility service quality and business prosperity. Pamela has 12 years of experience in Facility Customer Service Management, Business Development, Project Management, Product Development and Brand Marketing. She has worked closely with all levels of leadership with most Retailers, Banking, Health Care, Manufactures, Public Entities and Service Companies.
